Inclination Sensor – F99 Pepperl Fuchs
Customer had a semi automated production line device and was looking for a means of calculating the position of handling elements.
While numerous devices are available for monitoring inclination angles, the information is often not supplied in a simple way in line with the application needs.
By using the Pepperl Fuchs F99 inclination sensor information could be easily configured to provide incline or tilt angles between 0° … 360° on a standardised 4 mA … 20 mA or 0 V ... 5 V analogue interface. Switch outputs are also provided in order to monitor limit angles.
With the Pepperl Fuchs F99 the customer could use an inclinometer to give an angle converted to an AC current on a XYZ scale.
