Bowl feed fill sensor application

Application Details

The customer had a reflective ultrasonic sensor fitted to a bowl feeder. This was supposed to signal for more products when the fill level ran low. Because the product was an irregular shape the sensor did not get a clean reflected signal back and was very unreliable.
