More Control UK Ltd is a technical distributor and integrator of various automation based devices who were approached by the contract packaging company Cosi of Littlehampton in Sussex.

Cosi experienced long set up times on the height setting for their capping machines and required a robust means of measurement. The brief was to find a simple yet accurate linear measuring device and couple this with a display. In this fashion the ideal height setting of the capper could be established and recorded for each individual bottle type that is run on the line.
