Terms and Conditions

• For items to be repaired a purchase order must be supplied to cover up to the value of a new unit.
• If the unit is found by the manufacturer to have no fault then a maximum of 20% of the cost will be charged.
• If the unit can be repaired then a maximum cost of 50% will be charged.
• If the unit is beyond economical repair then a 10% handling charge will be charged. Units where the cost of repair is greater than 50% of the cost of the unit are deemed to be beyond economical repair.
• Carriage is charged at £9.50 for Items under 10Kg Carriage. Items over 10Kg carriage is charged at cost + 10% for
